Last updated 31 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Cavalry Collective Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201938092W), a company registered in Singapore ("Cavalry", "we", "us"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data through this website.
We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the PDPA). This page is written to be clear rather than exhaustive; if you have any question about your data, contact us using the details at the end.
1. Personal data we collect
We collect only the personal data you choose to give us. This is mainly:
Contact details and message content when you email us or otherwise get in touch.
Scheduling details when you book a call through our Microsoft Bookings scheduling page, such as your name, email address, and the time you select.
Our hosting provider may automatically log limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to operate the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
2. Purposes we use it for (Purpose Limitation & Notification)
We use personal data only for the purposes for which it was provided, namely: to respond to your enquiry; to schedule, prepare for, and conduct a call; to provide and discuss our services; and to comply with our legal obligations.
We will notify you and seek fresh consent if we ever intend to use your data for a materially different purpose.
3. Consent
By submitting your details to us or booking a call, you consent to us collecting and using your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop using your data for those purposes, subject to any legal or contractual requirements.
4. Disclosure and third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to operate, for example with our scheduling provider (Microsoft, which operates Microsoft Bookings and Microsoft 365) and our website hosting provider, or where required by law.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices. Booking a call through our Microsoft Bookings page is also subject to Microsoft's privacy policy.
5. Transfers outside Singapore (Transfer Limitation)
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
6. Accuracy, protection, and retention
We make reasonable efforts to keep personal data accurate and to protect it with reasonable security arrangements against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.
We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which we take steps to delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights (Access and Correction)
Under the PDPA, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, and you may ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete. To make a request, withdraw consent, or raise a concern, contact us using the details below.
